They definitely have to work on that... let's see how the year progresses in that regard, but the fact that Sony offered these couple days of free PS+ the last time is at least a sign that they're aware that people are pissed about these things, now if they're smart they'll increase the strength of their servers or their security or whatever the problem is here fast, cause at one point people will be fed up with this whole thing, free PS+ days or not.
