Since Soraya Saga retweeted the direct, I'm expecting a release date for Xenoblade Chronicles X.

And I'm pretty sure we will get release dates for splatoon, mario maker, yoshi wooly world and mario party 10, all for the first half of 2015.
I want them to show something about star fox or zelda, as well as possible multiplats. And Gamecube on virtual console would be awesome.
For, 3ds, not much besides new 3ds and xenoblade release on west.
