You could call them but essentially what will happen is just that, you will talk with a tech representative who has no way of actually telling anyone close to being important about ur issue and all you will be doing is wasting your time... The best way to do it is when your doing the surveys for ur games, just tell them the spine art is terrible and they need to improve it and do that for all ur feedback. And also, get other people to do it and if enough people do it, they might actually care. But calling them is pointless
