Indiegames included like Resogun and Ori? Is Nintendo penalized for making it easy for Indies to publish on the eShop themself? Otherwise probably Nano Assault or Unepic would be in this list for WiiU, as these are published by the devs themself. And no, these devs usually don't act as publishers.

Indie? I would consider Resogun AAA.

And there are tons of games self published on ps4 and x1.
Dude what's wrong with you.

What games dont even deserve to be mentioned because ooh ooh they have no publisher so they are forbidden?

"Resogun (stylized as RESOGUN) is a 2013 voxel-based side-scrolling shoot 'em up video game developed by Finnish indie developer Housemarque"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Resogun

Why do you attack me? (What's wrong with you) I said that titles likes Nano Assault Neo or Unepic probably would end up as published by the platform holder on other platforms but it seems Nintendo makes eShop-publishing especially easy. It therefore is a bit random if one Indie chooses to publish themself while another chooses to take the publishing umbrella of the platform holder. Kitler pointed out the same thing.

I don't say these games shouldn't be mentioned, but this randomness let's me take tthis list with a lot more salt.

So the fact Housemarque is an indie studio because they do not operate under a publisher, their title (Owned by Sony, published by Sony) shouldn't be included?

The point of this thread is to show the willingness of the three publishers to bring new ip's to the market.

Resogun and Ori are perfect examples of that.

Would've could've should've didn't. There are loads of new IP's on PS4 that I didn't count because Sony didn't publish them, from studios with publishers and those devilish studios without:
Watch_dogs
Hellsblade
Shadow of Mordor (Kind of)
Destiny
Volume & N++ (Self Published)

So there's absolutely no bias. Indies are extremely important to the list and if a studio who isnt owned by a publisher makes a game, it's deserving of being included. But if nintendo worked with the indies (i.e. funded development for publishing rights) like wonderful 101 then it was included.

And also unepic wouldnt have counted anyway because it was on PC first.
