Uncharted is definitely the winner here. Games are starting to use narritive and look how many games have been taking bits and pieces from it. Seemless cinematic storylines with great gameplay are a pedigree seldom seen before Uncharted. Uncharted took everything we already had before it and combined it into a seemless package which is revolutionary.

Linear, narrative driven games existed on consoles long before Uncharted. And you can even look at Tomb Raider Anniversary in the same genre to see that the move to more linear, cinematic games began even before Uncharted came out. You might consider Uncharted to be the best series to latch onto this movement, but it didn't create that movement.

Not saying narritive driven and linear games have not existed (that would be implying that i'm saying its innovative...not revolutionary. Its not innovative at all.), but Uncharteds style has of camera cinematics putting them into games has been copied before by Sony and other companies. The standard that it set for the total package of gaming was revolutionary. The gameplay has been copied as well. Gears of War and Uncharted took the same ideas and ran with it in two opposite directions. The amount of games that have come out since the two of them because popular and immitating the two is higher in Uncharteds favor. Uncharted and Gears of War both learned from the great and lesser known TPS games of the past which were Winback and Killswitch for cover fire. They both also give credit to Resident Evil four for the over the shoulder shooting.
Uncharted as a whole package was an experience NO ONE was doing before it came out, which is why games like the Last of Us, Tomb Raider, Stars 1313, The Order, Assassins Creed V, all took queues in some respect from immersion to gameplay from cinematics. 343 Industries has even started to take note of the importance of cinematics in shaping a story.
Shadow of Mordor and batman arkham pushed the evelope that Assassins Creed revolutionized with open world.

Hyperbole galore. The "standard for the total package of gaming" was revolutionary? lol, ok.
Cinematics, dramatic camera angles... you really should try the couple of Tomb Raiders before Drake's Fortune :)
