Jet Set Radio doesn't fullfill OP's conditions, though. It isn't exclusive anymore.

It was for over a decade. Good enough for me lol. Halo etc didnt remain exclusive either.

Oddly enough, Jet Set Radio Future did maintain its exclusivity.
