I just remembered something, both Crackdown and Scalebound have already been leaked to be 2016 titles anyway.

So I don't think we have to expect those games this year at all (though I guess most people aren't anyway), unless they have been pushed forward, which seems kinda unlikely, or if the information is wrong but with how much that guy got right I think it's pretty safe to assume that this is right as well.
