Multiplayer is not a weak argument because Xbox Live has better communication tools and achievements. If this was weak then why is COD4 and R6V2 outselling PS3 version by 4:1, 5:1 ratios?
There is not much information on DLC, but this will definitely have an impact on legs of GTA4 software unit sales. The fact is that even if PS3 gets some DLC in the future, it will never include what MS has signed up with Rockstar now.
