Thats right, in Japan alone might I add. Over 6m copies of the Youkai Watch games were sold last year more then doubling any other franchise (to be fair I only compared Pokemon and MonHun)

Considering how new Shinuchi is having only been out for less then 3 weeks total in 2014 and still topping charts we can expect to see its sales to continue strongly into 2015 and who knows, maybe it will make the top 10 2 years running.
