If they where all unchanged and fully playable, it certainly wouldn't. But you don't play these games, just certain aspacts of them. And in the remix levels, you play certain aspects of some games mixed up with those of some others. So yes, I would count it as a new IP as there are way too many changes to the original games to discount it as just a retro games collection

It's not a new intellectual property though, if it contains aspects of old or existing IP's, it nullifies it. Though I did add Nintendoland to the list to be kind, despite the fact I wouldnt really count it as a new IP too, but I will give them that.
