The only exclusive FPS to really make it big is Halo. Sony have tried with Resistance and Killzone (TPS) with moderate sales success. MS have also tried with some TPS like Crackdown and Gears of War. Other than that there are only multiplatform games like Battlefield and Medal of Honor that can sustain the development costs.
