Free Radicals are cool but in my eyes they never really lived up to Goldeneye when the key members were with Rare. Halo's launch on the original Xbox made Time Splitters seem like a blur in the memory of most when so many played Goldeneye. The bar rose. Bayonetta 2 just got a 10/10 after having a 9/10 game. The most underrated game of the year imho. With Microsoft budget, this partnership might give them the expanded audience that they need. I dont like to overhype things, but i've never truly been let down by Platinum because I don't expect a well thought out storyline, I just expect amazing gameplay coupled with cool characters. Metal Gear Rising, Bayonetta 1 & 2, Wonderful 101, Devil May Cry, Vanquish? All Kamiya's baby's. All I need to know now is that Microsoft got in contact with Sakaguchi and my trousers will have to be replaced. Farewell...and I welcome a fresh pair. Mark my words...all I will invest in all cotton next time. There are only two hack n slash companies that are at the top in my eyes and thats Sony Santamonica and Platinum. They both make sacrifices to make the game relevant in their own ways and it works for them. I just want Platinum to finally have a hit of a game that gets them more recognition (because we all know after making two amazingly underrated games for Nintendo they more than deserve it). I hope Microsoft markets the shit out of this game as a Summer 2016 title. I no longer want it to come out in 2015, because the potential with a three year development cycle will put it beyond Bayonetta if one keeps their mind sharp to the timing and budget.
