Nintendo should upgrade their hardware, exploit their existing trademarks and having more diverse IPs.

I think in order to get the most sales though they need to try to pull a "Wii" again. The Wii U has a dumb strategy because the console is weaker yet is expensive. they want 3rd party games but force them to use extra development time to make it gamepad friendly. It makes little sense. Going after the PS / XB crowed will show better results than the Wii U but still won't sell past 25 Million. They need to find a new innovation to sell big. |

A console should function as a starting base, growing steadily, fed with games, accessories and service.
Alas, the problem with Nintendo, they're too stubborn and unnecessarily reserved.
