Europe made itself an easy target with their tolerance and criminal friendly prisons. There are no major terrorist attacks in the US because terrorists fear the US, especially when Guatamo bay was open. The worst euro can do is a few days in isolation cell or a bullet. Neither does Europe screen immigrants or take passports from those who go to fight for ISIS so if this attack had been made possible by a country/continent it's Tolerance Europe.
That same arrogance will cause more attacks in Europe until they realize that people who go to war and fight for an enemy of the state is also an enemy of the state. These 1000 Isis fighters should be thrown in jail if they set a single foot on European ground. Or even better bombed by the Western military forces.
