I didn't know that bit about the Management of Take-2 getting 600k shares if they aren't bought out... that definitely raises some warning bells in my head, but since it seems like it's business as usual, I doubt that plays any more a role in this buyout than any other... unless the stipulation about not getting bought out doesn't usually apply, in which case I am wrong.
