I left the theatre mostly dissapointed. I went to MOS at a local theatre but paid $2 or $3 more to see it on their "super" screen. It too was only OK and I left a little dissapointed(not as much as Superman Returns). I will get sucked into the Hype for this movie too. I will see it on either Imax or the Super screen. Will I leave dissapointed? Probably. People spend so much time waiting for these movies to finally come out, the movie doesn't really stand much of a chance. I still hope that it turns out good, but I will be surprised if I actually really like it. |
For me MOS was the biggest dissapointment, sure Returns was an average to bad movie but I was kind of expecting it, did not have high hopes for it and still had fun with it, but for MOS everything on the trailers made it look awesome and entertaining but nothing like that happened, they butchered the character to make it look grimmer and "more cool", I was very sad.
This new movies looks like is going to have the same problems and be even worse, so no extra money from me, maybe I will not see it on theaters and I have more than 700 superman comics in my collection.
