On one hand: Graphics don't mean shit. Game can be great anyway.
On the other: Watch Dogs is downgraded. Wah Wah Wah! The game is shit! Wah! I hate everything Ubisoft! Waaaah!
Why do you and POE care. You've never as mush as considered playing the game.
