i am willing to bet on 1m ltd for bayonetta 2 (retail only). bayonetta 1 only got the figures it got because it went to the bargain bins instantly. bayonetta 2 is outselling 1 handily week to week.

So how exactly is that any different from the VGC figures?

there are no hard and fast figures of any official nature available. i'll take vgchartz's spelled out sales projections over a throwaway, unsupported claim on gaf any day. but we'll get sales figures in march if not sooner from nintendo. i'm suggesting they'll be closer to vgchartz than they will to gaf. this game is at 600k digital+retail and will be at 600k retain in a couple of weeks. that's all.
