Being generous, lets say the game reached 60-65k. We will get the media create top 1000 for 2014 soon so we will have some definite numbers but this game looks like it will not move further than that and I'm sure Nintendo is not sending any more extensive shipments of the game there. For Europe, Bayonetta 2 was only listed in top forty (for UK) for one to two weeks and for the top ten in other regions for about the same timeframe. The game shows up in the top ten Wii U lists but those game sales are normally <1k. For US we have Neogaf mentioning that the game was 95k as of November. Digital: well be generous and say 10% of shipments I'm sure whatever Nintendo paid in exclusivity (and for the port of Bayonetta 1) did not translate in sales or increased userbase for the Wii U. tl'dr: My prediction for shipments: Japan: 100k Europe: 100k and NA 200k. your shipments are being pulled from where, exactly? (i have an idea, but it's not polite to say.) it's already exceeded 200k in na, has done so since about the second week, and there have been no supply constraints anywhere. if anything, there were anecdotal supply constraints at launch which have since been eased by nintendo increasing supply.
as for the neogaf "figure," if you read the op, you'd see that's largely unsubstantiated. there's been no downward revision here and we have no hard and fast official figures.
i am willing to bet on 1m ltd for bayonetta 2 (retail only). bayonetta 1 only got the figures it got because it went to the bargain bins instantly. bayonetta 2 is outselling 1 handily week to week.
