Wii had shipped 20.14m by then so the numbers will be effectively the same.

Not the same, lol. The wii was sold out everywhere for a couple of years. So that 20.xx million shipped was essentially sold. Clearly not the same for the ps4. It's selling well, but it is not sold out everywhere.
