I didn't bother reading the review, I basically went by your word of the score being 6/10.
First of all the game is addicting. The Kart series has always made me want to play it over and over again regardless if I got all perfects and unlocked the go-karts. I'm playing Mario Kart DS mad crazy its addicting and considering I ride the city bus to school, it really satisfies my gaming needs portable wise.
Mario Kart Wii looks exactly like Mario Kart: Double Dash!! for the Gamecube.
It's just its on the Wii and has online, something that plagued the Gamecube version of Mario Kart.
I for one will buy this first day when I can find a Wii. It's that addicting, if it wasn't for DMeisterJ and his bro to get me into it. I would always dislike this series, but it is an awesome game and I haven't played it and I'm giving the game a 9/10 or 10/10.
