Of course among comic fans the idea of Hawkeye and Black Widow in an Avengers films, but not Ant-Man and Wasp seemed odd. He is an original Avenger, and even then it took Marvel a while to come around to the idea after having success after success. I still don't think it is quite as risky as Guardians of the Galaxy was for them.
