Don't get me wrong I enjoy these alot though I find GOTG extremely overrated ( it does nothing exceptionally or great IMO , just good to okay generally , acting okay , bad villain , meh story telling , good graphics a bit funny nothing stand out except for the sound track IMO , just dont get the universal love and acclaim for it )
Yeah back to why phase 2 fails more for me as a whole
ITS NOT A CONNECTED UNIVERSE , we are back at phase 1 whats the point of connecting them all together if they dont interact eith each other during major events
Iron Man 3 - tony was dealing with a terrorist on US land , straight up Caps and Fury's alley , they didnt even cameo or get mentioned , he didnt bother calling the avngers
Thor Dark World - Perfect chnce to reunite the avengers IMO , another invasion from aliens , none showed or showed concern
NO mention of the events of the events of th films in the other films - that is the movie events don't affect each other
Cap 2 - tony would have been a great help in this movie , wasn't used or mentioned in the least
GOTG ; no mention or longing for earth , like star lord saying I heard there was an invasion recently
