Does The Division Look To Disappoint? Graphics Downgrading?

Definitely will be downgraded. After Watch Dogs, and the Assassins Creed fiasco, I think a very large number of gamers are rightfully wary to put faith in Ubisoft delivering on what they originally showcase.
