Look at this link for the highest game budgets of all time. (It is wikipedia, it's not fully reliable, but just bare with it for now.)

Now, out of all these games, only one of them is published and produced by Nintendo. It get's me thinking, should Nintendo have more big-budget games. Not even one Mario game made this list. High budget games usually makes hype from marketing. Not only that, it makes the game better in general. I really think Nintendo should start making higher budget games. Even though if they don't want to lose money by spending it, they can still make a system seller, and that equals profit.
