It depends to me. One on one, bare handed, in closed space, Spiderman DESTROY Batman and drink his blood.
In a big city where the objective is to find the other one, trap him ect... Batman would win since he is smarter than Spiderman.
Bare handed in open space, with any gadjet you want... Close one, but Spiderman would take it. Spiderman is faster, better reflexes, and much more powerful. One punch from Spiderman at full power and Batman is dead.
