I am "one of them" as well, and will buy the last piece of the console pie (XB1) when it has 5 exclusives that I have a vested interest in. I use the PS4 for my third party games, my WiiU is used for gaming with my Nintendo obsessed brother. Then I have the 3DS and Vita for when I am traveling and need something to play on the plane.
Sadly, I have always had every console for the gen and yet traded them in to upgrade. Recently, I decided to stop trading in and actually build a collection. Going back and re-buying the old stuff sucks! :(
