Tegra X1 has 512 Mflops of single precision (32 bit) perf. if tegra K1 can run 2007 portal, X1 with 2X the perf. can run great games if made

But not close to 1300Mflops of XBONE or 1800 from PS4

Huh? Again, to be even more clear, when it comes to system performance, a tflop number doesn't even give you remotely a picture of what you can expect.
