The last week usually has a huge drop though

Agreed but sales were really high in US and UK last week and we can't compare it to last holidays utter lack of stock. So while a drop is expected,  it won't be anywhere near as steep as last year.

UK software charts just came out and everything fell about 50% in the week you're talking about. Every console pretty much always dropped hard in the last week of the year

Agreed but who knows about US sales, Best Buy sold some ps4s at 350. Dunno if enough stock to make a difference
