Not gonna happen. Wii U and Xb one won't have big enough install bases to have a hope in he'll of achieving it. PS install bases are too broad based for any one game to appeal to that many gamers. PS2 didn't even manage it and PS4 won't come close to that install base.
Wii U might get a 10 million seller, though not likely. But as this is a 30 million thread I'm not going to vote for 10 million even it has the best chance.
