Because for whatever reason, everyone groups things to do with Nintendo as "Nintendo"; "Nintendo best developer", "Nintendo = Childish" , "Nintendo is same old Mario & Zelda" , "I own a Nintendo!".
It's something to do with the name....
Nintendo.
Too subconsciously catchy?
edit: As someone stated a good point, "Ead1234 ect" are always just "Nintendo" in game credits and things.
