EAD is indistinguishable from Nintendo, mostly because they all operate out of the same offices in Kyoto. EAD Tokyo might get a separate nod because they're in a different location, similar to Ubisoft Montreal.
They're likely talking up EAD for Kart 8, which is the only big thing EAD helmed this year.
