MS didn't only improve the tools but only made more resources (in this case, a core) available to devs. This doesn't happen all the time.


And from the perspective of some X1 fans the 50% gpu advantage wouldn't make much difference but now 10% CPU is all the thing?

Ask the fans (who exactly?), not me.
