They've certainly been weak about giving sales numbers lately.

IMO if VGC has a single point of failure (ioi) then VGC has a problem. If ioi gets hit by a bus (or ebola) does the site essentially fall over and become defunct?

this is just all round bad form if an entire site that potentially makes over 500k/yr  is fully tied to just one person. but to somehow be the one saying this is wrong and insensitive. 

we are fast approaching 3 weeks of lagging sales data. what good is a site that can't do the one thing its supposed to be doing? 

I'd be happy with just a bit of communication. An announcement saying "sorry folks there'll be no data posted for the next x weeks because..." 

It is a bit ridiculous that we don't even have pre-orders for the last couple of weeks and there is just a wall of silence about these delays.
