Hottest girl is a tough one. A few of them have fire-based attacks. But the only one who has been known to walk through lava without flinching is Samus, so I'll go with her.
Hottest guy is probably Ike. His attacks are wreathed in blue flames. Do you know how hot blue flames are?! They're, like, some amount hotter than red flames, usually.
