Mario Kart 64 because I play that every year and it's my favorite game ever!
However in the interest of fairness, the best game I newly started to play was..... MARIO KART 8!
4 Player Gran Prix mode, awesome Mercedes, Zelda and F-Zero DLC, and really fun tracks. First good Mario Kart since DS/N64 in my opinion.
