This is a hard choice.This is like picking who would you sleep with if only having one choice btw both... Kim Kardashian or Kate Upton!? 
I know Twilight Princess is the better game, and it would look soo much more awesome remade. Although the gameplay remains great to this day its graphics have aged a bit, and to see the world it's vast world in HD would leave me speechless.
But then again Skyward Sword was a great game too, and it would look as epic (or even better) than TP remade as well. Skyloft and all it's colored glory in HD would look like the ultimate LSD trip.
But I have to pick Skyward Sword simply because of it's controllers!! I would love Nintendo to redo the game and add BASIC CONTROLLERS TO IT!! Some of the Boss battles were sooo effing annoying do to the controls not responding right or the timing being completely off. I can at least experience TP with complete control over it. I can't say the same for SS.
