*however* if you included some sort of idea for downloadable games...It could happen. The 360 has sold 20m downloadable games since it was made. Not huge, but any next-gen system could sell 100m DLed games by the end of their cycle.
And the Wii won't sell anywhere near the PS2 in terms of software. Whine all you want, fanboys, not going to happen.
On the other hand: the DS is probably going to be the closest for this gen. It's most likely around 350m right now, and still growing at a good pace.
