Over From Software? They're not even on the same level as Obsidian or Bioware. 

I know they arent on the same level, Bethesda is a tier or two higher.

Bethesda hasn't made a stand out RPG since Morrowind. Oblivion sucked, Fallout 3 was good but not great, Skyrim was decent. They lost their touch a while ago.
