Halo has historically been the best seller out of the 3 and has had a good attach rate. Uncharted 4 has the advantage of being on the bigger platform though. I think it will be close, but Halo 5 will outsell UC4. Halo 5 > UC4 > Zelda in terms of sales.

Perhaps some overestimations as well. In your OP you mention franchises like CoD and GTA. Based on past sales, CoD and GTA are in a completely different league compared to Uncharted in terms of sales. I question the relevance of even mentioning those games when it comes to predicting UC4 sales.

forgot to mention watch dogs, the new ip that WILL hit 4 million on ps4, a game that came out on a much lower install base, a game that doesn't and won't have as much hype as the conclusion to a well established, critically acclaimed series known as uncharted
