Every people I heard talk about their battery life with the wiimote said they average at 25 hours with those provided (with nunchaku attached I think). I'm not sure for rechargeable batteries, but IIRC it's the same .

I have a 100$ battery for my camera, and I'm looking into getting 2 more. Edit: And my old camera had a 100$ attachment, so I wouldnt be forced to use 20$ non-recharable batteries.
