its hard to belive but... well they are losing money and at the end of the day this is a BUSINESS, sure they could keep the price and gain more market share but at the end of the day money is what really counts in business not market share, (but of course winning both would be the ideal situation XD).
I do belive they will make the 350 price tag permanent soon (at E3 or the next holidays) but i also belive that Sony wont simply stand there and do nothing again, (and yes there were PS4 bundles this christmas but that wasnt directly in response to the X1 price-cut thats just how it is every christmas...), so i expect Sony to also announce a price cut soon, especially if doing price cuts becomes a regular strategy for the X1 this generation.
