What the hell does IGN have agains the offline multiplayer of Mario Kart? It has never been better...
The framerate goes to 30fps when playing with 3 or 4 players, but that was the case in all previous Mario Karts. 2 player splitscreen still runs at 60 frames per second.
The AI has been fixed and doesn't cheat anymore. I would go as far to say the AI actually behaves like humans would do.
Never before you could customize your own tournaments like this and there are more characters and tracks than ever. IGN sucks.
