I would be surprised if it doesnt, sure something could go wrong and it may dip for a week but look what PS3 was capable of doing while being weak in the US. PS4 is much stronger in the US thaen what the PS3 was and its doing just as well in EU. Japan hasnt started well but numbers will pick up next year with a bunch of Japanese centric games finally releasing. Also this is the start of the PS4's life, numbers are usually only up from here for at least another 2-3 years if not more
