If not, the Oracle games were developed by both Nintendo and Capcom, and published by Nintendo.  This game has not been developed or published by Nintendo.

And as I already said, the Oracle games were MADE by Nintendo with the help of Capcom.  Saying they weren't made by Nintendo because Capcom helped is like saying Smash Bros. for Wii U wasn't made by Nintendo because Bandai Namco helped.  It's a completely different scenario from this Kirby game, which wasn't made by, published by, licensed by, or even approved by Nintendo.
