You don't.....
Because VGChartz estimates numbers and are not accurate at all. You only have to look at NPD numbers to get an idea of how inaccurate the numbers can be on here. That's not even including Europe or the rest of the world.
VGC is good for giving a general overview. But it's not good for anything else like specific numbers or regional data.
