I have been on in the U.S. for hours. In the U.S. some can get on and some can not. Everything works for me including online gaming. Same for my GF and my friend, but my brother can not get on

Alabama, it is working in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida (I know atleast one person from all those States) but my brother in Minnesota can not log on
