Before you ask, yes, I have e-mailed admin@vgchartz.com, which is the recommended method of account recovery according to a few posts by ioi, and after three days I have recieved no reply.
My account name is Game_boy; a few days ago I navigated to the site and it hadn't automaticallylogged me in. Any attempt to log in met with the standard loginfail page. I used the password recovery mechanism and the password it gave also failed. I repeated this and trying to log in normally and it also failed.
I will confirm my e-mail address with any moderator who requests it via PM; account name and e-mail being sufficient identity to recover a password normally.
If anyone else has experienced this problem and found a way to resolve it, can they post here.
