Anyways, always good to hear someone making more cash than before. But 1 hour of commute is a bit harsh imo.

1 hour isn't too bad if it is total time both ways. I commute 45 minute to work and 1 hour from work.

It sucks.

Well my commute ranges from as little as 40mins to 1hr one-way. I don't really mind as its my quiet time. I ignore phone/laptop/work/etc and just listen to nothing or random radio.

Even the occasional bummer areas where traffic is a bit crazy is ok with me considering that I bought a house for 1/2 or more less than it would have been to live in the city and I'm not living in the city. I hate that. The more rural suburb is so much better.

Plus I can work from home whenever. Today will be my last day in the office for 2014. So I can work around the worse traffic or just avoid it and stay home.
