I'm not really convinced by these VR headsets quite yet. When I hear Virtual Reality I think of something like Sword Art Online where it actually takes u into the game (obviously that's not possible, at least yet), not just putting a box over ur head and having a screen up close to ur face.
Maybe there is more to it than that but that's how these VR headsets seem to me and their success also heavily depends on the price. Will people spend $300 for an accessory when they just spent $300-400 on a console? Yes some will but I can't see them being big mass market successes like Wii or the Kinect were.
